Once your account has been approved, you can log in to the Maybank Invest app using your Username/Password from the Welcome Kit (email).

• Remember Me

You can choose 'Remember Me' to remember Username for login

for future convenience.

• New investors without a Maybank account

You can click "Open Account Now!" to start the account opening process.

Forgot Password

• Select 'Forgot Password' from the menu.
• The system will lead you to the personal information entry page and will send a new password (Initial Password) to the email address you provided. You can use this password to log in again.

There are 3 options available to open an account for trading Thai stocks.

• Open Cash Balance Account  

Only the amount of cash on hand can be used to purchase securities. Investors must deposit cash as collateral before trading securities. 

Note: Customers can add SBL —Lending service to borrow securities for short-selling transactions, which must be conducted through a Cash Account or Cash Balance Account only. The lender will receive fees at rates set by the company, and the stock trading can be proceeded normally.

• Open Cash Account

Investors must deposit upfront cash collateral equal to at least 20% of the securities they intend to purchase. This account must be linked to Automatic Transfer Service (ATS) to be automatically debited from the bank deposit account. Note: Customers can opt to add SBL —Lending service to borrow securities for short-selling transactions, which must be conducted through a Cash Account or Cash Balance Account only. The lender will receive fees at rates set by the company, and regular and the stock trading can be proceeded normally.

• Credit Balance Account 

A Credit Balance Account is an account that provides loans to investors for purchasing securities. Investors must pay interest on the borrowed funds.

Once a Credit Balance account is opened, services such as Margin Loan and SBL (Securities Borrowing and Lending) are available.

To reset your password, go to the login page and tap "Forgot Password." Enter your account number, date of birth, and passport number or national ID card number. Once your information is vertified, Maybank will send a temporary password to your registered email address.

Go to the login page and tap on "Forgot Password."
Then, fill in personal information: account number, date of birth, passport or national ID card no., so Maybank can send an initial password to the registered email.

Customers can update their personal information through the Maybank Invest application. Notifications will be sent 30 days prior to the expiration of the current information.

When you enter the Maybank Invest app, you can access the Home page and tap the Hamburger Menu (or More Options) at the top right corner to select the language (Thai-English).

When you open the Maybank Invest app, you’ll receive a notification if an update is available. Tap OK to be redirected to the App Store or Play Store, where you can update the app.

When accessing via PC, you can choose to perform Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) through the Maybank Invest app or via OTP sent to the registered mobile phone number.

You can log in, but the previous session will be automatically logged out.
