Summary Securities Report
- When will it be delivered to customers and through which channel
The company will deliver the report to customers every month. The customers will receive it in the month following the reporting period,
within 7 business days. The report will be delivered through the channel selected by the customer when opening the account, such as
postal mail or email. Customers can change their document delivery preferences on the
website www.maybank-ke.co.th or contact Customer Relations at 02-658-5050,
Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Can I request the copy of the past documents, and is there an additional cost?
Customers can request copies through their investment advisors or customer relations department.
The company will send them via the channel registered by the customer without any additional charges.
- Can the graph colors be adjusted?
Sorry, the company does not currently offer this service.
- The information displayed in the graph will show all products, or only the products for which transactions were made in that particular month.
The information displayed in the graph will show all the active products that customers have with MST.
If there is no transaction or balance for a particular product in that month, the data will be shown as 0.00.
- Where is the outstanding balance that is not yet due for payment displayed ?

- When will I start receiving the STATEMENT and calculation?
The calculation of WAIGHTED AVERAGE COST will be shown in the STATEMENT starting from May 2022 onwards.
